Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support sales teams through data-driven insights, forecasting, and reporting. This role focuses on improving sales performance, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights and identify risks
Support forecasting and pipeline analysis for monthly and quarterly planning
Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to support execution
Ensure CRM data accuracy and support reporting and process improvements

Must-Have Skills:

Experience in Renewals Operations or Field Business Operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (heavy usage required)
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
Proven experience in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales reporting

Industry Experience:

SaaS / Software industry preferred
