Role Overview
Lead multidisciplinary teams of full stack developers, data engineers, and AI specialists to deliver high-impact, cloud-native applications. Bridge stakeholder needs with technical execution, owning solution design, strategic roadmaps, and project outcomes in fast-paced environments. Emphasize agile delivery, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage stakeholders through workshops to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business goals into scalable architectures leveraging
GCP
services like Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
Design and own end-to-end solutions, including tech stack selection, cost optimization, security protocols, and AI integrations for agentic workflows with reasoning, tool calling, and long-term memory.
Lead team enablement by breaking down epics into user stories, conducting code/design reviews, resolving escalations, and mentoring on best practices in CI/CD (GitHub Actions), IaC (Terraform), and data governance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, product owners, and customers to align delivery plans, manage dependencies, forecast efforts, and ensure on-time, within-budget execution.
Drive governance and quality by establishing standards for observability, metadata management, dimensional modeling, and production readiness across dev/stage/prod pipelines.
Provide strategic advisory on architectural trade-offs, performance tuning, and enterprise alignment to support long-term scalability and innovation.
Required Qualifications
10+ years in IT with proven leadership in cloud architecture, full stack development, and data/AI projects,
Strong automation skills in GitHub Actions CI/CD and Terraform IaC for multi-environment deployments.
Expertise in GCP ecosystem (Cloud Run, Functions, Composer, Dataflow), full stack orchestration/APIs, data pipelines (SQL/Python), and Vertex AI for generative/agentic AI.
Deep knowledge of data governance, quality frameworks, semantic modeling, and integration with 3rd-party systems.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership to foster collaboration and drive results in distributed teams.
Analytical problem-solving with ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver under pressure.
