
Client Account Services Accountant (Wayne)

The Client Account Services (CAS) Staff Accountant is responsible for assisting the CAS Department in providing accurate and timely accounting services for its clients, through managing relationships and overseeing staff level work. This position reports to the CAS Supervisor.
Essential Functions
Manage client relationships and client communication for assigned engagements
Directly provide, delegate, or oversee accounting services for clients, including but not limited to:
Processing of client invoices to customers
Post customer payments
Experience with QuickBooks Online required. QuickBooks Desktop experience also a plus; will be required to become a QB Proadvisor if not already.
Data entry and accurate coding of client transactional activity
Preparation of sales tax reports for review
Process vendor bills received by client for payment
Review monthly A/P ledgers
Ensure W-9 forms are received from new vendors
Payroll processing through third party application
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Review and distribution of financial statements to client
Desired Education, Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
1+ years of experience
High attention to detail and follow through with excellent organizational skills
Ability to switch from proactive, independent work to collaborative, integrated team member as the task or project demands
Proficient in time management with an emphasis on the importance of meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects and clients
Strong communication and analytical skills
Demonstrated positive attitude even during high stress seasons
Ability and desire to learn new software and app integrations to create job efficiencies
Familiarity with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred
