Product Engineer Building Infrastructure for Autonomous AI Systems
We’re hiring a
Product Engineer
to help build the infrastructure layer that teams rely on to understand and improve the behavior of autonomous AI agents.
As organizations deploy AI agents into real-world workflows, traditional observability tools fall short. They capture metrics and errors—but not how an agent actually behaves.
This platform introduces
Agent Behavior Monitoring (ABM) : infrastructure that surfaces behavioral anomalies in production systems, including instruction drift, context retrieval failures, and reliability breakdowns across complex workflows.
Teams use it to move from reactive debugging to
systematically improving agent behavior at scale .
The Role
We’re looking for engineers who care deeply about
product quality, user experience, and fast iteration .
You’ll work directly with design and customers to build features end-to-end and help define how developers interact with AI observability tools.
This is a
high ownership role
where engineers influence both
product direction and technical implementation .
What You’ll Do
Build
end-to-end product features
across frontend, backend, and database layers
Collaborate closely with
design
to create thoughtful, high-quality user experiences
Work directly with
customers
to understand workflows and gather product feedback
Rapidly
prototype and test new ideas
for improving agent observability
Participate in
product and design reviews
to maintain a high bar for product craft
Help shape how developers
debug and improve autonomous AI systems
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience building
production software products
Strong
full-stack engineering ability
A passion for building
well-crafted developer tools or technical products
Comfort working in
fast-moving startup environments
Curiosity about
AI systems, agents, and emerging developer infrastructure
Why This Role
Work on
foundational infrastructure for AI agents
Ship products used by teams deploying
real autonomous systems
Collaborate closely with
design and users
Operate in a
high-ownership engineering culture
If you're excited about
building tools that make AI systems more reliable and understandable , we’d love to talk.
