Color / Trim Specialist
We are a fashion house that is highly experienced at developing products and manufacturing in a wide array of styles and size ranges and can meet the needs of consumers in all apparel categories.
Catering to all major department stores, TJMAXX, Marshalls, Macy's, Kohls, Belk, StitchFix, Burlington, Walmart, etc. We create top trends in easy-wear tops, dresses, athleisure, outerwear, sweater, loungewear, and sleepwear.

We are currently seeking a Color/Trim Specialist to join our team. The Color/Trim Specialist is responsible for color & product integrity and supports the cross-functional teams in evaluating submits to ensure color and quality standards are met.
Main Responsibilities/Functions Include but are not limited to:
Create color Trend board for each brand/season.
Set up & make the assortment seasonal color palette with the Design & Art team.
Assist the color manager from a team with a daily workload of all color/trim submissions for approval.
Communicate color/trim comments and approvals to appropriate business partners / overseas partners as well as internal divisions.
Work with cross-functional teams during the approval process as needed.
Be able to utilize a light booth for proper color/trim evaluation.
Assist & organize with maintaining an organized library of all submissions.
Assist with reviewing all Pre-Production & Top of Production samples to ensure color & product integrity.
Make a color card.
Knowledge / Skills Requirements:
2+ years of experience in fabric/garment production experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of organizational skills
Must be detail-oriented and be able to follow instructions
PC Proficient, including Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel mastery a plus)
Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and changing priority environment
Understand fashion Junior Trends
Plus:
Color Certifications – Any retailers, preferably Kohl’s or Walmart
Working knowledge of spectrophotometers and color quality control
