Role Description
The Production Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of live event productions. This full-time on-site position in Los Angeles, CA involves coordinating production schedules, supporting project management, managing logistics, and maintaining communication with team members and vendors. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of all production milestones.
Qualifications
Strong Communication Skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders
Experience in Production Planning and Production Management, including coordinating schedules and managing resources
Project Management expertise, focusing on meeting deadlines and ensuring deliverables
Exceptional Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail
Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-pressure production environment
Familiarity with large-scale live event production, particularly high-profile or global events, is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
