PC Deployment Technician

This hands-on role with our customer’s PC Deployment Team requires the following:
• Interacting with end users and department managers to coordinate device deployment
• Work with project managers and end users to understand migration requirements, create deployment schedule and effectively communicate to level set expectation
• Configuration and staging of clinical and nonclinical (PCs, Phones, and peripherals) machines on-site or at their configuration center
• Management and deployment of Windows 11 machines for end users and basic network connectivity troubleshooting
• Providing post deployment support at Marlton-based locations
• Responsible for equipment management - repurposing machines for redeployment/disposal
• Report Deployment success/issues to the project team
• Working at any time with 4-8 deployment technicians
• Team Player with ability to support migrations
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in computer hardware installation, maintenance, and repair. Strong analytical, technical and troubleshooting skills required. Customer focus and a positive, can-do approach is critical.
• Must have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to write and maintain clear documentation about system architecture, release, and implementation plans, and develop and maintain internal documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, problem investigation and diagnostic skills.
