We are representing a very prominent manufacturing organization that is actively seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Supervisor to help support their operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage the maintenance team on 1st shift, keeping equipment and facilities running smoothly.
Plan and manage preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
Make sure tools, equipment, and systems are reliable and available when production needs them.
Drive cost-effective maintenance practices and look for ways to improve efficiency.
Coach and develop the maintenance team to ensure strong performance and engagement.
Maintain a safe, organized work environment and enforce safety standards.
Support budgeting and long-term equipment improvement plans.
What We’re Looking For
Degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Strong mechanical knowledge, especially in heavy manufacturing environments.
Experience with systems like hydraulics, furnaces, or similar industrial equipment.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Familiarity with maintenance systems (CMMS) and basic computer skills.
Comfortable working in a plant environment.
