Hiring: D365 Finance Consultant
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota (Onsite/Hybrid as required)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Extension Possible)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
D365 Finance Consultant
with strong functional expertise in Finance modules and end-to-end ERP implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Gather and analyze business requirements from clients
✔ Perform functional analysis & prepare business process documentation
✔ Conduct Gap-Fit analysis and solution design
✔ Configure D365 Finance modules and manage change requests (CRs)
✔ Deliver end-to-end D365 F&O implementations (Design → Deployment → Support)
✔ Collaborate with onsite teams and stakeholders
✔ Support testing, training, cutover, and reporting activities
✔ Ensure quality delivery and adherence to best practices
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in D365 Finance / Dynamics AX
Expertise in Finance module (GL, AP, AR, Budgeting, etc.)
Strong experience in ERP implementations (minimum 5 end-to-end projects)
Experience in Gap-Fit analysis and requirement mapping
Knowledge of LCS (Lifecycle Services) and ISVs
Strong understanding of Finance / Procurement / Inventory modules
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in consulting / professional services environment
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
✔ Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Certifications
✔ Knowledge of Supply Chain / Production modules
✔ Strong project management and team leadership skills
