Role Overview:
We are hiring a
Forward Deployed Engineer / Solution Architect
with strong hands-on engineering expertise to work directly with enterprise customers. This role focuses on designing, building, and scaling
AI-driven solutions
in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with enterprise customers to understand and solve complex technical challenges
Design and implement scalable solutions using AI platforms and modern architectures
Build integrations across enterprise systems (APIs, microservices, cloud platforms)
Lead architecture discussions with enterprise architects, CTOs, and technical stakeholders
Conduct technical workshops, design sessions, and proof-of-concepts
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback from real-world implementations
Create reusable solution patterns and technical documentation
Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in
software engineering / solution architecture
Strong hands-on coding and system design experience
Expertise in
APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
Experience with
cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Strong experience in
enterprise integrations (CRM, ERP, contact center systems)
Proven ability to work directly with
enterprise customers (Fortune 500 / Global 2000)
Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
Experience with
AI/ML systems, LLMs, or conversational AI platforms
Exposure to
agent frameworks (e.g., Kore.ai, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)
Experience in
Voice AI / IVR / telephony integrations (SIP, WebRTC)
Knowledge of
RAG, prompt engineering, or LLM-based applications
Background in enterprise platforms (e.g., Palantir, AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega)
