A growing public accounting firm is hiring an experienced Audit leader to manage engagements, lead teams, and support clients primarily in the
nonprofit healthcare and hospital
space.
Responsibilities
Lead audits from planning through completion (GAAP/GAAS)
Manage and mentor staff
Serve as primary client contact
Oversee budgets, timelines, and engagement performance
Support technical research and business development
Qualifications
CPA required
5–7+ years in public accounting with leadership experience
Strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge
Experience with nonprofit and/or healthcare clients preferred
Comp & Perks
Base salary: $120K–$150K
