We are seeking an experienced
Project Scheduler
to support Major Capital Projects within an engineering and construction environment. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, expand, and maintain project schedules aligned with enterprise scheduling standards (WBS, baseline controls)
Update schedules using earned value data and construction progress inputs
Analyze schedule performance, critical path impacts, and resource requirements
Develop schedule performance indicators and “what-if” scenario analyses
Provide technical guidance on planning, logistics, and scheduling strategy
Support reporting requirements and documentation through all project lifecycle stages
Interface with internal teams, consultants, partners, and field stakeholders
Working Conditions:
Office-based role with occasional overnight travel to field sites
Field visits may require PPE
Timely production of reports and schedule data expected
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related discipline
10+ years of experience supporting Engineering & Construction capital projects
Pipeline industry experience preferred
Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capability, independent decision-making skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across project teams and stakeholders.
