Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Staff Accountant.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and brings accuracy and consistency to daily accounting operations. The Staff Accountant will support month‑end close, reconciliations, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure the integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Perform monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Maintain and analyze the general ledger
• Support accounts payable as needed
• Prepare financial reports and assist with variance analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
At least one year of accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and standard accounting practices
Proficiency in accounting software
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
