
Recruitment Coordinator (Redwood City)

We have a public Biotech company in Redwood City, CA seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Team.
MUST have experience using Greenhouse ATS
Hybrid is preferred (at least 3-4 days onsite in their Redwood City office)
Essential job functions will include requisition and offer letter management, daily maintenance of the applicant tracking system, heavy scheduling using Greenhouse ATS, invoice processing, report generation, and calendar scheduling outside of the ATS as well
Specific duties will entail, but are not limited to:
Requisition management, including the auditing of approved requisitions, the posting of open positions to external job boards, and the closing of filled requisitions.
Support of the candidate offer process by auditing offer requests, drafting offer letters, and preparing new hire packets.
Daily maintenance of applicant tracking system, including creating requisitions, troubleshooting system errors, and maintaining data related to requisition/candidate activity.
Coordination of team meetings and events.
Interaction and communication with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and external vendors as it pertains to staffing issues

Skills & Requirements:
3+ years relevant experience in a professional setting.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills that include presenting the department professionally in all contact with internal or external partners.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and great follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks, priorities, and projects.
Possess a “team-first” attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience desired
