REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
5+ Years of Project Management/Coordination or Scheduling Experience
Experience managing schedules & budgets for large scale construction projects (Industrial, Mission Critical or Data Center Experience preferred)
Excellent Communication (written & verbal)
Self starter & resourceful as they will have a steep learning curve if they don't have hyperscale construction experience
P6 experience
Our customer (a Fortune 100 Tech Company) is seeking a Site Scheduler for data center construction. The Site Scheduler will work alongside the construction Project Managers, client leadership, finance & procurement teams to manage the construction schedule for a number of hyperscale data center construction projects. We are seeking an organized & proactive consultant who possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The relationship with the General Contractor and subcontract vendors onsite will be vital as this resource will need to set timelines and manage expectations in a fast-moving environment. Experience utilizing industry standard scheduling tools (P6), Construction Management Tools (Autodesk Construction Cloud, eBuilder, Procore) and a technical understanding of how to read and analyze CAD/BIM drawings are strongly preferred.
