About the Role
Team 360 Staffing is seeking a skilled
Maintenance Technician / HVAC
to support a campus facilities environment in Vallejo, CA. This role is ideal for a well-rounded technician with strong HVAC expertise and experience across electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
You will play a key role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for students, faculty, and staff, while also supporting preventive maintenance programs and small facilities projects.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Troubleshoot and repair equipment and building systems
Maintain and repair HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, etc.)
Address plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and fixture repairs
Complete general building maintenance (lighting, doors, flooring, painting)
Accurately log maintenance activities and work orders
Assist with minor construction and campus projects
Support safe operations and ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in maintenance and HVAC (commercial or facilities preferred)
Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades
Experience with preventive maintenance programs
EPA 608 Certification (preferred)
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
Valid driver’s license required
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 annually
️ 10 days of paid vacation after 90 days of service
401(k) (no employer match)
