Chief Financial Officer (Martinsburg)
Chem-Pak Inc, Martinsburg, WV, United States
Chem-Pak is a third-generation, family-owned contract aerosol and liquid packaging manufacturer with 60 years of operations in Martinsburg, WV. We serve national brands across automotive, industrial, and sporting goods sectors, and we are in the middle of a meaningful transformation: we have made significant investments in our future, including a new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics F&O), expanded facilities, and a growing portfolio of branded products alongside our established contract packaging business. These investments position us for stronger operational efficiency, enhanced scalability, and long-term growth. We need a CFO who brings strategic clarity, operational discipline, and a genuine leadership presence to help us build what comes next.

Direct partnership with ownership and senior leadership
Full ownership of the finance function, with broad influence across the business
Opportunity to shape financial strategy during a pivotal period of growth and transformation

This role sits at the intersection of strategic finance and operational leadership. You will serve as a key voice in senior leadership decisions, provide financial guidance that drives the business forward, and help build the systems and structure needed to support continued growth.
