Stable Law Practice looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team!
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of partner distribution schedule on monthly basis and as required for upload to payroll service provider (ADP)
Responsible for partner deductions including deductions for retirement contributions
Preparation of senior counsel payments on monthly basis
Preparation of retirement payment schedule on monthly basis
Maintain partner paid-in capital schedule on monthly basis and prepare return of capital on quarterly basis
Maintain partner address schedule for preparation of partner K-1’s
Reconcile intercompany general ledger accounts
Provide foreign office with intercompany vendor invoices
Preparation of various state property tax returns on annual basis
Preparation of various state sales and use tax returns on quarterly basis
Preparation of fixed asset tax depreciation schedules using FAS depreciation software
Preparation of various partner deductions for tax return and K-1’s
Provide partner distribution schedules for auditors (interim and year end audit)
Assist Director of Taxation with projects as needed
Qualifications:
BA or BS in Accounting, Finance or Business required
3-5 years of experience required
Public Accounting experience is desirable
Analytical and Organizational Skills with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize schedule for due dates
Advanced proficiency with Excel/Word/PDF
Elite (3E) Accounting Software knowledge desirable
Business Intelligence (Iridium) knowledge desirable
FAS depreciation software program knowledge desirable
