Setting:

Inpatient & Outpatient (Hospital & Clinics)
Responsibilities:
Provide non-invasive cardiology care across two hospitals (St. Peter's Hospital & Samaritan Hospital)

Perform procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Participate in call coverage (1 weeknight per week, 1:5 weekend rotation with APP support)

Required Procedures:
Echocardiography

Nuclear Cardiology

Vascular Ultrasound

General Cardiology evaluations

Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) available for weekend rounding and night coverage
Days Per Month:

On-Call/Weekends:
1 weeknight per week (telephone call, rarely required to come in)

1:5 weekend rotation (APP support for rounding and call coverage)

Submission Requirements:

Board Certified in Internal Medicine

- REQUIRED

Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Cardiology

- REQUIRED

NY Medical License (or willing to obtain)

- REQUIRED

Fellowship-trained in Cardiology (completed prior to start)

- REQUIRED
