Hospice experience is ideal but Social Workers with at least one year of experience in another setting and an interest in Hospice care will be considered.
Social Worker Job Requirements
At least one year of Social Worker experience in any setting. Hospice experience is strongly preferred but not required.
Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Social Workers is required.

Social Worker Job Responsibilities
Ensure psychosocial needs of the patient and their families are met.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Participate in Interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings.
