You will be the RF Engineer Senior – Level 3 responsible for advancing RF technology across our product portfolio, defining technical requirements with suppliers, ensuring quality compliance, and partnering with cross‑functional product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop hardware and software components for cutting‑edge RF solutions.
Define technical requirements and negotiate deliverables with external suppliers.
Ensure quality compliance and adherence to project schedules.
Partner with product teams to translate business needs into reliable, scalable designs.
Lead integration of innovative solutions across the product portfolio.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in systems/electrical engineering or related field.
Background in hardware and/or software design and development.
Desired Skills
Experience with requirements definition.
Experience with design and integration.
Experience with supplier management.
Cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams and documentation artifacts simultaneously.
Willingness and ability to travel approximately every other month (~15% of time).
Additional Requirements
U.S. Citizenship required.
Active Secret clearance required to start.
Position located in Fort Worth, TX.
