M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
Residency training in Ophthalmology Surgery
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology Surgery
Oculofacial Plastic Surgery Fellowship trained
Ability to obtain a valid unrestricted Texas state medical license
