Role
We are seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform. The consultant will design, develop, and implement business process improvements through tools like SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies. This role requires a strong technical foundation, business acumen, and a solution-driven mindset.
Education Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Your Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Build custom business applications using Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate.
Design interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI to support decision-making.
Develop and manage SharePoint Online sites, including document libraries, lists, permissions, and workflows.
Identify opportunities to streamline operations, enhance collaboration, and automate manual tasks.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful solution adoption.
Stay updated with the client\'s Microsoft roadmap to proactively recommend new features and enhancements.
Skillset Requirements
3+ years of experience in a similar role working with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
Proven experience developing solutions with:
Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
Power Automate
Power BI (dashboard creation and data modeling)
SharePoint Online (site design, document management)
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical deliverables.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Extra Credit
Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, MS-600).
Knowledge and experience with MS Dataverse.
Experience working in consulting, enterprise environments, or with government clients.
Ability to perform light business analysis and process mapping.
Familiarity with compliance and governance best practices in M365 environments.
