What You’ll Do
Provide overall leadership and management of the nursing department
Plan, develop, implement, and maintain nursing services in accordance with policies and regulations
Oversee resident discharge planning and coordination of care transitions
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant nursing documentation and charting
Monitor quality of care and promote best clinical practices
Participate in surveys, audits, and inspections conducted by regulatory agencies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary leadership to support resident care and operational success
What You Bring
Current
Registered Nurse (RN)
state license;
BSN preferred
Current
CPR Certification
5+ years
of long-term care nursing experience
3+ years
of nursing leadership or management experience in long-term care preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive, dependable, and solution-oriented leadership style
Excellent attendance and professional reliability
