We are seeking a motivated Regional Director of People and Culture to lead HR strategies across the Northern or Southern Region of the United States. This role offers the chance to develop your skills in employee relations, talent management, and union activities while working in a supportive and fast-paced Protective & Security industry environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support HR teams including Generalists, Client Services Managers, and Geo-Leads across the region
Manage recruitment, hiring, training, and performance evaluations to build a talented workforce
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and union negotiations
Develop and implement HR policies, succession plans, and effective communication strategies
Coach managers and employees on performance management and improvement plans
Ensure compliance with employment laws and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and legal proceedings
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
5+ years progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or regional HR role
Strong conflict resolution, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and embrace change in a growing environment
Experience with multi-state and unionized workforce preferred
