Overview
Terminix Service, Inc. of Concord, NC is looking to hire a full-time Pest Management Professional to manage an established pest control route by selling services to both new and current customers, scheduling appointments, conducting home inspections, and performing pest control services. This flexible Monday–Friday daytime role offers competitive earning potential and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
Manage an established pest control route by selling services to new and current customers.
Schedule appointments and conduct home inspections.
Perform pest control services in residential and commercial settings as required.
Qualifications
No experience necessary; paid training provided.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Good driving record and valid driver\'s license; ability to operate and maintain a company truck.
Ability to wear a tight-fitting respirator as required by safety protocols.
Physical ability to crawl and work in small confined spaces, and to work on your feet for extended periods.
Ability to work in all types of weather; ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
Sales ability; ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The position offers an unlimited commission-based earning potential with a base of approximately $50,000 in commissions, incentives, and bonuses.
