legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with family law
and present cases in court as necessary, advocating for the best interests of clients.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law legislation and case law developments.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law practice.Strong understanding of family law topics including divorce, child custody, and adoption.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to handle sensitive and emotional issues with compassion and professionalism.
