The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and adoption. This role requires a compassionate approach to sensitive family issues while providing expert legal guidance to clients.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody disputes, and adoption procedures.Advise clients on legal rights and obligations related to family law issues.Draft and file legal documents such as petitions, motions, and agreements.Negotiate settlements and agreements between parties in family law
