Job Overview
Manager, Forecasting & Analytics will be based in Santa Clara, CA, with consideration for Cincinnati, OH and Raritan, NJ. The position requires onsite presence 3 days per week with remote work 2 days per week.

Role focuses on shaping and developing forecasts, dashboards, and analytical insights that inform sales strategy, commercial planning, and S&OP. Duties include building, maintaining models, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to Sales, KAM, and Commercial Ops.

Responsibilities

Shape, build and maintain demand, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.

Develop dashboards and analytics to drive data‑driven decisions.

Produce analytics for performance reviews, KPIs, sales productivity, and account trends.

Maintain data quality and CRM integrity for accurate reporting.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Service and Commercial Ops on capacity planning and growth modeling.

Collaborate closely with Medtech Surgery counterparts (Surgery, Polyphonic and Monarch).

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in analytics, forecasting, commercial operations, or FP&A.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

Strong quantitative and data visualization skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or equivalent.

Experience in the medical device space and a capital sales environment.

Anticipated base pay range for this position: $118,000.00 - $203,550.00.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long‑term incentive program.

Benefits

Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours in Colorado, 56 hours in Washington)

Holiday pay, including floating holidays – 13 days per calendar year

Work, personal and family time – up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver leave – 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period (10 days)

Volunteer leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military spouse time‑off – 80 hours per calendar year

Additional benefits such as consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)) are available subject to plan terms and date of hire.
