Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and update care plans

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes

Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans

Document all care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

License: Current RN license (or eligibility)

Experience: Acute care RN experience required Med Surg experience strongly preferred

Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred

Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
