Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Ob/Gyn Sonographer Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 08/01/2026 Duration: 26 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel We’re excited to announce an opening for an experienced OB/GYN Sonographer / Ultrasound Technologist. You will perform obstetric and gynecological ultrasounds to assist physicians in making informed clinical decisions while ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure. Minimum Requirements: National certification in specialty from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (preferred ARDMS OB/GYN credentials). Minimum 2 years of experience as an OB/GYN or Obstetrics sonographer in a hospital setting. Current BLS certification. Experience performing comprehensive obstetric ultrasound exams, including first-, second- and third-trimester scanning and fetal biometry. Proficiency with high-volume OB departments and multi-room workflows; experience in departments with multiple exam rooms or dedicated MFM (maternal-fetal medicine) teams preferred. Ability to operate common ultrasound equipment used in obstetric imaging. Specific system experience will be requested during screening. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 07:00–19:30. Schedule may require work in a busy OB department with multiple exam rooms. Location Highlights.
