Details Work in a skilled home health setting providing care to adult patients Patient caseload includes med/surg, cardiac, orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, respiratory, and trauma cases Expected to conduct 6 to 8 skilled home care visits per day Day shift position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Visits and hours are self-scheduled based on office needs Use BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, Ace Timesheet documentation system with provided laptop, MiFi, and portable printer Requirements Current state OT license required if applicable Current BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of home health Occupational Therapy experience required; 2 years preferred OASIS training preferred Must be an independent practitioner Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for home visits COVID vaccination or approved exemption required Flu shot or signed declination with mandatory mask wearing required Additional Information Provide adult OT services including ADL training, cardiac rehab, edema massage, feeding techniques, splinting, TENS, ultrasound, orthopedics, prosthetics/orthotics, joint mobilization, developing home exercise programs, and patient/family education Work with a range of diagnoses such as COPD, CHF, pneumonia, CVA, falls, Parkinson's disease, tracheostomies, limb amputations, and failure to thrive Responsible for evaluation, standardized assessment, safety and injury prevention, billing, and documentation Scrubs must be any solid color Self-scheduling allows for flexibility to meet office and patient needs American Traveler Job ID P-673739.
