Job Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to adult patients
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide variety of conditions and illnesses
- Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical records system (EMR)

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- BLS Certification required
- Completion of Epic training after credentialing

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
