*The Role*
As an Occupational Therapist on our homecare team, you will really be able to make a difference on our patient's lives, often times in the area they need it most. Each treatment is 1:1, allowing you to see real growth in a short period of time. Therapists treat patients in a geographic area close to their home, build their own caseload, and get to make their own schedules. We also offer a ton of support through a collaborative and fun team. All new hires are all welcome to take part in a paid mentorship program that allows you to really grow into the role, as well as ongoing leadership/development training.

*Additional Information*
* A large majority of our patients are in the geriatric population, mostly Medicare Part B (although we are in-network with a variety of other large commercial plans).
* We provide all equipment needed for therapy in the home, as well as a laptop
* Occupational Therapists choose which cases they will take on regularly
*Expectations*
* Therapists should be able to travel to and from the homes of their patients throughout their given territory
* Strong communication skills between patients, support staff, and management including text/email/google products suite
* Provide a high level of care to each individual patient, helping them reach their greatest potential, time and time again
* Timely submission of documentation
