Position Summary
We are seeking a *Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)* who is compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where quality care, communication, and teamwork come first.

What You’ll Do
* Provide dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing
* Administer local anesthesia
* Capture digital radiographs and intraoral photos
* Complete periodontal charting and clinical notes in *Eaglesoft*
* Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and home care
* Apply fluoride, sealants, and other preventive treatments
* Maintain a clean, organized operatory and smooth patient flow
* Follow all sterilization and infection-control protocols
* Contribute positively to our team-oriented culture
Qualifications
* Active *New Hampshire RDH license*
* *Local anesthesia certification required* (or willingness to obtain — support available)
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
* Current CPR certification
* Comfort with digital dentistry (Eaglesoft experience a plus)
* Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
* Reliable, self-motivated, and patient-focused
