OrthoMichigan Therapy Services Hand Therapy team has an opening for a full-time certified hand therapist. We are looking for a highly motivated therapist to practice in our fast-paced outpatient environments treating both surgical and non-surgical diagnoses. We provide a supportive atmosphere and work closely with the leading hand surgeons in the region to provide a team approach to treatment. The position offers the opportunity to work with other CHT’s with extensive upper extremity clinical experience. We are willing to train an occupational therapist to become a CHT. Competitive pay based on OT experience and CHT certification.
Hand Therapists will provide exceptional care for upper extremity patients by performing evaluations/consultations, education, injury prevention techniques, custom orthosis fabrication, wound care and develop rehabilitation/treatment programs which can include the use of modalities.
