
System Project Manager

PE Global is currently recruiting for a Project Manager – Evidence Generation Systems for a leading multi-national Pharma client based in Uxbridge.
This is an initial 12 months contract position working hybrid, 3 days in the office per week (usually Tues-Thurs).
Please note, the
office will move to Central London in Q2 2027.
Pay rate is up to £37.48ph PAYE or £49.77ph Umbrella depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Lead integration and migration of data from multiple tracking systems into a unified platform to ensure reporting consistency and alignment with systems of record
Own intake and management of business requirements; translate needs into clear specifications and implementation plans
Serve as the primary triage point between vendors, internal teams, and leadership to resolve issues, manage risks, and keep projects on track
Partner closely with the Evidence Generation (Ev Gen) team to ensure data quality, completeness, and accuracy across all systems, including Planisware
Ensure all required data is accurately entered and maintained in Planisware to align with financial and operational systems of record
Act as subject matter expert (SME) for Ev Gen systems, supporting ongoing enhancements and user needs
Develop and deliver training materials (e.g., recorded trainings, quick reference guides, and documentation) to drive adoption of tracking platforms and tools
Assess, recommend, and support implementation of new data analytics, AI, and business intelligence tools to advance resource modeling, forecasting, and decision support
Manage relationships with the company to identify opportunities to align systems and processes and oversee adoption where applicable
Demonstrate strong collaborative leadership by aligning people, processes, and tools to support operational execution and continuous improvement
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in project management, data operations, or cross functional program execution within a regulated or complex environment
Pharma industry experience is required
Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
High attention to detail with a demonstrated focus on data integrity and quality
Experience supporting system implementation, data migration, and user adoption
Familiarity with Planisware and BI or analytics tools preferred
