What You’ll Do
As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind a team that takes pride in maintaining lush, well-kept landscapes. Your role will be hands‑on, ensuring that everything from mowing to trimming is done with precision and care, while keeping the crew motivated and having fun!
Lead the Crew:
Supervise and guide your team in maintaining residential and commercial properties.
Train & Inspire:
Help your team grow their skills and encourage continuous improvement.
Quality Control:
Ensure work is completed on time, at a high standard, and with attention to detail.
Safety First:
Make sure your crew follows safety guidelines and maintains equipment properly.
Customer Care:
Keep clients happy by providing excellent service and addressing their needs.
What We’re Looking For
Humble – Hungry – Kind:
You lead by example, are eager to learn, and know how to get things done!
At least 2 years of landscaping or landscape maintenance experience.
A natural leader with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to keep things organized.
A clean driving record and valid driver’s license
(you’ll be driving a truck with a trailer).
Willingness to put in some extra hours when things get busy!
