The Opportunity
Our Lake Forest, IL or Dallas, TX office is hiring a
Demand Supply Planner
who will support our Diagnostics CoreLab business. The Demand Planner will establish and maintain instrument and spare part demand and supply forecasts to meet customer service and target inventory levels.
This is not a remote opportunity
Qualified candidates must currently live in the Dallas, TX or the Chicagoland area.
Travel up to 5%
Responsibilities
Reviews data from various sources to establish and refresh demand forecasts; analyzes trends and updates forecasts as necessary; facilitates meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure clarity between demand and supply.
Manages inventory levels balancing customer service levels and division financial objectives; forecasts inventory levels and reports on actuals.
Partners with internal/external suppliers, warehouse partners and affiliates to optimize material flow.
Elevates short supply risk and leads mitigation efforts; coordinates with customer service and affiliates on product allocations during short‑supply periods to minimize revenue impact.
Represents planning on key divisional New Product Launch (NPI) projects and product phase outs; executes necessary new item setup steps in MRP and SAP systems.
Leads or contributes to cross‑functional business processes and supply chain continuous improvement projects.
Maintains add-on planning tool, ADMS and SAP planning master data.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Finance or related field required.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in forecasting, demand planning or supply planning.
Ability to interpret data and proficiency using spreadsheet software.
Strong written and verbal communication and elevation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model.
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting IVDs and Biologics.
Experience with SAP and planning software; MS Excel and Power BI experience.

The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
