THE WORK
Performs manual and clerical duties involved in receiving materials, supplies and equipment. Normally utilizes computers to enter transactions, validate information and maintain database. Within prescribed limits unpacks and examines items received and verifies completeness against bills of lading, invoices, and other records; keeps records of goods received; rejects damaged, excess, or misdirected goods and processes necessary paperwork to notify appropriate purchasing, material, vendor, and other concerned organizational personnel. Routes materials to inspection, stores, or other destinations; and may operate mobile equipment used to move materials. Answers inquiries concerning status of rejected or other goods.

Basic Qualifications

1+ years of related experience

Experience with receiving materials, supplies and equipment

Understanding of Harmonized Tariff Schedule

Knowledge of ITAR and EAR

Must have experience with Electronic Export Information (EEI) via the U.S. government's Automated Export System (AES), primarily via the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE)

Valid passport and willing to travel to Tijuana, Mexico

Desired Skills

Ability to speak Spanish as a second language

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. For most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York it is $69,700 - $120,750.

Work Schedules

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules providing additional flexibility. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
