Service Advisor

What You’ll Do:
Greet customers promptly and provide a professional, positive service experience
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair orders
Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs
Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and follow-up
Ensure all work is completed to customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
Automotive service advisor experience preferred (CDJR experience a strong plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to upsell maintenance and services in a professional, ethical manner
Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems (CDK experience a plus)
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
