Role Summary
DXC Technology is seeking a PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) Tester to support quality assurance and testing efforts across PeopleSoft applications. This role is focused on validating end‑to‑end business processes, executing automated and manual test cases, and ensuring the stability of system enhancements and releases within a federal environment.
The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft Test Framework, strong testing fundamentals, and the ability to operate in a structured, client‑facing delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF)
Design and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases
Validate end to end business processes across PeopleSoft environments
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including coordination and issue triage
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios
Provide regular status reporting, test metrics, and risk insights to stakeholders
Collaborate closely with functional consultants, developers, and business users
Required Skills & Experience
3 to 6 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
Hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) or PeopleSoft test automation
Strong understanding of test case design, execution, and defect lifecycle management
Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, or similar
Ability to validate complex business workflows and system integrations
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Close attention to detail and the ability to work in structured delivery environments
Required Clearance
Active DoD Secret Clearance required
U.S. Citizenship required
US‑based role; on‑site required, Washington, DC, area
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting federal clients
Exposure to PeopleSoft modules such as HCM or FSCM
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
Familiarity with ERP testing and large‑scale system implementations
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job‑related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $121,300 - $225,300.
