We are hiring a Restaurant Captain who has a strong understanding of fine dining service and general restaurant service operations. You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the guest experience while supporting the team in the dining room, ensuring each guest receives warm, attentive, and knowledgeable hospitality that reflects our Michelin‑starred standards.

With five consecutive years of Michelin recognition, Pasta Bar offers an intimate and immersive chef’s counter experience built around a 12‑seat tasting menu. We’re looking for a hospitality professional who thrives in a refined, guest‑facing role and brings both luxury service expertise and genuine warmth to every service. Service Captain Responsibilities

Working as part of an established team to deliver exceptional dining experiences and ensure flawless service execution in a warm and hospitable environment.

Delivering a relaxed but refined service throughout each stage of the guest journey.

Guiding guests through the tasting menu while building lasting relationships to encourage repeat visits.

Maintain consistent steps of service with precise attention to detail.

Anticipating guest needs and personalizing each interaction with care, timing, and professionalism.

Contributing actively to pre‑service and post‑service, training sessions, and feedback loops that support team growth.

Candidate Qualifications

Proven success as a Service Captain, Sommelier, or Server in a fine dining establishment (Michelin‑starred experience is a plus!) for a minimum of 3 years.

Possess a warm, professional demeanor with a passion for service excellence, attention to detail, and hospitality.

Has the ability to provide a thoughtful, accurate, and precise service while creating lasting memories for our guests.

Clear communicator with the ability to lead by example and support team members in real time.

Ability to work gracefully under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Have open full‑time availability to work nights and weekends, including holidays from 1 pm‑Close. Overtime may be required.

Possess the legal ability to work with alcohol, including valid all‑state/local‑required alcohol certifications.
