Responsibilities
As our Yacht Client Advisor Manager, you will:

Lead a dynamic team, guiding client advisory efforts and ensuring top-notch service.

Monitor client satisfaction and proactively deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Collaborate with the sales team to assign client advisors and manage smooth transitions.

Promote a OnePCS mindset and build strong relationships across business units.

Develop Centers of Influence (COIs) to enhance service offerings.

Forecast and conduct performance reviews; address underperformance to keep the team on track.

Manage relationships with local and regional carriers; stay informed about contract changes and underwriting guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance; oversee the audit process.

Handle client communications and presentations; participate in hiring and interviewing processes.

Analyze workload, manage resources, and conduct regular staff meetings and one-on-ones to foster development.

For larger clients, participate in advisory reviews and assist in resolving complex client or underwriting issues.

Focus on colleague development, training, succession planning, and developing a pipeline for the future.

Monitor KPIs to deliver financial results and develop business plans for referrals, new business, and cross-selling opportunities for Client Advisors.

Manage reporting requirements on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis while leading a hybrid workforce.

Communicate effectively to provide clear leadership during transitions and reinforce the Private Client Service vision.

Qualifications

Yacht insurance experience required

Personal lines insurance experience with High-Net-Worth clientele

Property & Casualty (P&C) License

Client service orientation with ability to manage expectations

Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed

5+ years experience managing individuals and team goals

3-5+ years yacht insurance background with client-facing experience

Demonstrated ability to cultivate opportunities from client centers of influence

The applicable base salary range for this role is $81,270 to $151,620. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $89,500 to $166,900. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
