
AHPS Assistant Project Manager

Position Summary
The AHPS Assistant Project Manager will support the coordination and day-to-day operations of the Add Health Parent Study, focusing on AD/ADRD data collection activities. The role will assist with project tracking, support communication and coordination with RTI and internal teams, monitor data collection progress, address data quality issues, support administrative processes, documentation and reporting, and ensure smooth study operations.
Working closely with the AHPS Project Manager and the AD/ADRD Project Manager, the assistant will ensure adherence to timelines, coordinate workflows and support overall project execution.
Responsibilities
Assist with project tracking and monitoring data collection progress.
Support communication and coordination with RTI and internal teams.
Address data quality issues and support administrative processes, documentation and reporting.
Ensure adherence to timelines and coordinate workflows with AHPS Project Manager and AD/ADRD Project Manager.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of training and experience from an accredited institution.
Qualifications
Experience with social science research projects.
Experience working on a research project.
Experience with Excel pivot tables.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
