Position Summary
Citadel Security USA is hiring a Contract Manager to oversee a client account(s) in the Denver / Thornton area. This role focuses on keeping daily operations running smoothly, supporting field teams, and maintaining clear communication with both clients and internal staff. The position includes a mix of office responsibilities and time spent in the field to ensure each site is properly staffed and meeting expectations.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned locations
Build and adjust schedules to maintain proper coverage
Provide direction and support to supervisors and security personnel
Enforce company policies, post orders, and site procedures
Review incident reports and follow up as needed
Respond to service concerns, escalations, or urgent situations
Conduct site visits to assess performance and identify improvements
Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations
Maintain strong working relationships with clients and partners
Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development
Track performance and provide updates to leadership
Minimum Qualifications
Valid driver’s license required
Prior experience in a supervisory or management role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple sites and changing priorities
Good judgment and problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications
Background in security operations or related leadership roles
Familiarity with CCTV, alarm systems, or access control platforms
Experience reviewing incidents and preparing reports
General understanding of compliance standards and security practices
Work Environment
Combination of office work and field responsibilities
Travel between assigned sites is required
Schedule may adjust slightly based on operational needs
