Field Lead / Project Manager – Preventia Security
We’re looking to bring on a Field Lead / Project Manager. This role is a hybrid between field leadership, project coordination, and light business development, with a strong emphasis on fire systems.
Core Responsibilities
Serve as the primary field lead on projects, with a focus on fire systems.
Coordinate with General Contractors, fire marshals, and AHJs.
Ensure proper permitting is obtained and maintained.
Review and help coordinate engineered drawings.
Work closely with technicians to drive execution, accountability, and quality.
Assist in installation when needed, but primarily lead through coordination and oversight.
Support quoting and project scoping when applicable.
Help manage and build relationships with contractors.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
Qualifications
Experience with fire alarm systems (preferred, but not required if willing to learn).
Communicates well with both field teams and external partners.
Takes ownership and operates with a high level of accountability.
Flexible and willing to support across different types of projects when needed.
