Job Description
Assisting in the structure and execution of a proactive maintenance strategy, utilizing deep understanding of maintenance functions and key metrics, interacting with various systems, collaborating cross‑functionally within the maintenance organization and operations to solve complex technical challenges.
As process owner responsible for spare parts planning for critical assets and maintenance PM completion, maintaining relationships with indirect purchasing, third‑party maintenance provider, and operations leadership to improve machinery uptime by ensuring accurate spare parts inventory and on‑time PMs.
Responsibilities
Inventory Control:
Maintain optimal stock levels, conduct physical inventory counts, minimize obsolescence, and ensure proper storage to prevent degradation.
Procurement & Logistics:
Purchase parts, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate shipments to ensure availability.
Forecasting:
Analyze usage data and failure trends to forecast parts demand and align with preventative maintenance plans.
Collaboration:
Schedule machines for PMs to ensure completion on time without impacting production.
Reports:
Prepare status reports on inventory and key metrics.
Customer Support:
Work with maintenance, repair, and operations teams on parts requirements.
Required Skills

Apply approaches, tools, and techniques to recognize, anticipate, and resolve operational issues.
Project Management:
Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects to achieve objectives efficiently.
Performance Management:
Utilize performance management techniques to improve individual, team, and organizational performance.

Apply TPM principles to maximize machinery effectiveness.
Decision Making & Critical Thinking:
Analyze situations and reach well‑informed decisions.
Planning & Organizing:
Structure and manage tasks and resources systematically.

Transmit and interpret information accurately.
Accuracy & Attention to Detail:
Execute tasks with high precision.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated achievement in manufacturing engineering, facilities engineering, or maintenance roles with strong maintenance function knowledge.
Experience in procurement or supply chain supporting a field or maintenance organization.
Direct or indirect leadership experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent maintenance operations experience.
