Qualifications
Strong expertise in quality management systems, food safety protocols, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, USDA, HACCP).
Knowledge of production processes and proficiency in quality control tools and techniques.
Experience in leading audits, analyzing quality performance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
Attention to detail, analytical problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) are a plus.
Proficiency in industry-specific software tools and technologies is an asset.
Previous experience in the food manufacturing or processing industry is highly preferred.
