Office Hours: Tuesday (7am-1pm), Wednesday (1pm-7pm), Thursday (1pm - 6pm), Friday (7am-Noon), Saturday (8am-Noon). Additional hours outside of office hours will be required.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Office Manager located in Kingstowne, VA. The Medical Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative staff and schedules, ensure excellent patient service, and coordinate with medical staff to optimize workflow. Responsibilities also include handling patient communications, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks to support the medical team's work.

Qualifications

Experience managing a Medical Office, including familiarity with medical scheduling and operational workflows.

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff, patients, and healthcare professionals.

Proficiency in Customer Service and receptionist duties, ensuring a welcoming and client-focused environment.

Understanding of Medicine and healthcare standards relevant to clinic operations.

Leadership experience, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Experience with healthcare software and record-keeping systems is an advantage.

A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field is preferred.
