This role is based on site in Greenwood, Indiana.
What is the role about?
As a co‑op participant, you’ll be fully embedded within our team for 14–16 weeks, taking on real‑world challenges and gaining practical industry insight. As part of the Quality team, you will support complaint management activities in alignment with ISO 9001 standards while gaining hands‑on experience with quality systems, root cause analysis, and data‑driven decision‑making within a regulated environment. We’re committed to supporting your growth with the tools, guidance, and opportunities needed to make your experience both meaningful and mutually beneficial.
Which tasks will you perform?
Integrate into the team and contribute to impactful engineering projects that build hands‑on experience and support your personal and professional growth.
Complete full‑time assignments across engineering functions, applying engineering and business practices to real‑world challenges.
Collaborate with team members and mentors, working independently as appropriate and using regular feedback to strengthen both technical and professional skills.
Participate in professional development opportunities, including LinkedIn Learning certifications and networking.
Support the investigation, documentation, and resolution of customer complaints in collaboration with cross‑functional teams to drive timely and effective closure.
Collect and analyze complaint data, help refine complaint‑related KPI metrics and reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of the complaint handling process.
What do we expect from you?
You will be (required):
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Ability to reliably commute to Greenwood, IN
You may have (preferred):
Fulfilling a co‑op requirement as part of academic coursework
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions
Strong networking and relationship‑building skills
A strong enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and embracing fresh challenges
Exhibit a proactive attitude and a readiness to take ownership
